"We were at your Mile Cross restaurant this afternoon. We were served by Eden who was on her first day in the job. Eden was very friendly and helpful both to my partner and I and to other customers. She went out of her way to help a customer with learning difficulties navigate the ordering terminal, she was kind and considerate of this young man's difficulties. Eden is an exemplary employee and deserves a commendation."

"The major factor contributing to stars given on this review is the staff politeness. The food is as you would expect it to be, so no dramas here. The toilets are clean and flushable. The staff speaks English as well. So overall strong 4 given."

"I thought KFC UK is really bad (based on the chantry place experience) and then I visited this one on Miles cross and LOVE it. Really friendly staff, good quality food and always clean. This staff deserves a bonus. Thank you guys!"

"This KFC, much cleaning, more space, and in this restaurant in than other places.. I always have the APP, always has deals, and definitely save money. IE get the mini fillet snack box £3.99, then offers an option to add a drink for 0.99p. You get chips, mini fillet burgers, and small pop corn for £5. If you use the APP scan, you code and spend over £3, it goes on KFC PINBALL chance to win something FREE. Today, we won 2 pieces of chicken and 1 mini fillet of chicken. Also had 4 piece chicken meal for £7.99, well worth using or getting APP. KFC best fast food place, fresh,hot, and jucy chicken. Was piping hot and cooked to order. Staff was friendly and nice."
